Just to bog down a humorous post with data, I thought I'd point out that the kneeling/hand-clasped prayer posture did not become normative until the thirteenth century in the context of eucharistic adoration (after the real presence was defined as dogma in 1215). Conversely, from the Priscilla catacomb to the perpetuation of the orans motif in contemporary icons, it seems charismatics may have the majority report.
